OOLOC ™ is a central booking rental cars acting as broker.
It allows you to make rental vehicles through providers, rental cars, with which OOLOC ™ for you negotiated preferential terms.
OOLOC ™ acts only as an intermediary and not a substitute for rental.
For any location, the customer OOLOC ™ is submitted automatically to general location of the owner with whom he has contracted.

1 - Booking Conditions

To make a reservation, the customer must OOLOC ™ us with the following information:
o the driver's home
o The countries to take charge of vehicle
o The place of taking over the location (city and country)
o The time and date of departure of rental
o Name and surname of the customer
o Name and surname of driver
No model or similar vehicle
o The time and date back to rentals
o The venue for the return of location (city and country)
o Additional items if necessary (baby seat, booster ...)

The country of return of rentals must be identical to that of departure. If the city back lease is different from that of the destination city, a supplement will be charged if the owner allows it. The supplement is included in the price (some countries) or to pay on the spot. Information on charges of abandonment will be shown during the booking process and the proper care "ooloc eBooking."

 

2 - Rental conditions

The tenant and the drivers authorized by the owner and designated "Ooloc eBooking ™" are required to submit to the landlord a map of identity or a valid passport, driver's license valid in the territory where it circulates.

The minimum age for a lease is 18 years to 21 years or 25 years depending on vehicle model and countries (see Terms of arrivals by country).
The driver must hold a valid driver's license and for over a year past.
Drivers aged between 18 and 25 are subjected to fresh "young driver" payable to the landlord or included in a package. These fees vary by country and the landlord partner.

The location, which is personal and not transferable, is for a fixed period specified in the "Ooloc eBooking ™".
The tenant and authorized drivers are responsible to the owner `s full implementation of these conditions.
Upon delivery of the vehicle, the tenant and authorized drivers become fully responsible under the terms set in the `Article 1384 of the Civil Code.

The owner reserves the right to terminate immediately and automatically to the location to be held without justification or compensation in the event that the `n` tenant would not comply with `one of the essential obligations of this contract, including conditions `use of the vehicle, payment of rent and return conditions.

The driver must have to receive his vehicle to the owner:
- A valid driver's license (no photocopies)
- Identity card or a valid passport (no photocopies)
- A credit card (only with figures in relief)
The Maestro and Electron cards are not accepted by the landlord.

In case of non-submission of these documents to the landlord at the support vehicle, it reserves the right not to make the location.
In this case, OOLOC ™ takes no responsibility and no compensation.
The tenant and authorized drivers are responsible to the owner `s full implementation of these conditions.
No refunds will be made for non-submission of the client with the owner, whatever the reasons (no show).

Once the tenant's vehicle identified and conditions of booking and rental fulfilled, the customer receives OOLOC ™ by email, fax or mail his "Ooloc eBooking ™".

 

3 - The Ooloc ™ eBooking "

The "Ooloc ™ eBooking" "is your good care or" voucher "and must be now imperative to the landlord to receive your vehicle.

4 - Validating your command

When you choose a payment, you agree that the command and all of these general conditions of sale.

a) Validation of the Internet
Once you order through the Internet, confirmed reservation and payment is validated, you receive a booking number and your customer number you confirming the price, quantity and location information. You then receive your email "Ooloc ™ eBooking" with an invoice and information about where to take charge of the vehicle. Once you order by telephone, confirmed reservation and payment is validated, you receive a booking number and your customer number you confirming the price, quantity and location information. You then receive your email "Ooloc ™ eBooking" with an invoice and information about where to take charge of the vehicle and all other information necessary for the realization of the benefit. Data from the command and recorded by OOLOC ™ as well as the "Ooloc ™ eBooking" constitute evidence of transactions between OOLOC ™ and its customers.
We advise you to keep track of paper or electronic "Ooloc eBooking ™".

c) Validation of the order by mail or by fax
Once you order by mail or fax, confirmed reservation and payment is validated, you receive a booking number and your customer number you confirming the price, quantity and location information. 5 - Rates

The benefits are payable in advance when booking through our secure payment system online, by phone or by mail (check, check and holiday office) or directly at our office at:

Prices are subject to change without notice.

The price offered by OOLOC ™ include up services.
However, some of our suppliers do not include all the options in the prices offered to OOLOC ™ and you must refer to the information recorded on Ooloc eBooking ™ ". Indeed, some benefits are payable locally directly to the landlord for example the cost of abandonment or the airport tax in some countries.

The price of benefits attributable to the customer OOLOC ™ is that issued by OOLOC ™ at the time of booking and is recalled on "Ooloc eBooking ™". However, these prices are recorded as indicative OOLOC ™ could not be held responsible for any inaccurate information.

Prices are set by 24 hours and generally include:
• A packages in unlimited mileage
• The insurance: third / liability
• The insurance damage (CDW) with or without free and theft (TPC) free with
• Local taxes (VAT) except (see Conditions of hiring local partner)
• Insurance PAI (some countries)
• The costs of abandonment (some countries).

Prices do not include:
• Fuel (except some formulas available in the USA for example)
• The optional insurance PAI (except)
• The optional insurance theft of personal effects
• Options (baby seat, roof rack, door-ski ...) to mention at the time of booking but not binding.
• Taxes airports (except)
• The costs of abandoning a vehicle / delivered in a different city (except)
• Any costs incurred for youth (s) driver (s) or driver (s) extra (s) to be paid locally
• The costs in some countries to take delivery of the vehicle and outside of office hours and on weekends and holidays.

Additional drivers must be listed on the contract at taking charge of vehicle rentals.

The deposit by credit card application is required in most countries. No landlord does damage the windshield, broken windows, tires, roof, below and inside the car, or towing.

No refunds will be made if the customer forgets his "Ooloc eBooking ™", its means of payment (deposit) or his license. Any excess leads charging an extra day by the provider final. These benefits are payable by the customer directly to the provider at the time of rental.

 

6 - Payments

Any payment by check or wire transfer, whatever its origin is payable in euros.
Any payment by credit card on the site of OOLOC ™ (http://www.ooloc.com) is payable in euros or in foreign currencies accepted by our payment system.
The benefits are payable in advance at the time of booking.

 

7 - Insurance and additional protections

The rentals are made assurances included except for certain destinations (see general conditions of the rental provider).

The price usually includes the following assurances:
• Liability (compulsory third party insurance)
• The Insurance (CDW frankly known as "all-risk insurance")
• Die Vol (TP frankly)

OOLOC ™ offers its customers direct the insurance follows:
• Insurance "pack franchise void" (abolition of the franchise Damage)
This insurance does not appear on your proper care "" Ooloc ™ eBooking "because it is not attributable to the landlord, but OOLOC ™.
The pack is no valid franchise as the country's recovery vehicle.

In case of non-compliance with the submission of documents and in the case of an incomplete file any request for reimbursement of the franchise will be taken into account.

Any accident, theft or damage suffered by the hired vehicle must be reported within 2 days directly to the landlord.
A finding agreement to be completed and attached to the statement.
The flight must also be the subject of a `filing complaints within 48 hours of observation.
Failure to comply with these formalities for the tenant causes the loss of earnings of complementary protection, unless it proves that `it was unable to accomplish.

During the subscription package insurance deductible null contracted with OOLOC ™, the customer must convey to OOLOC ™ within 2 days following the dispute the following documents:
• The copy of the lease made to the owner

• The minutes of police (including the physical condition of the driver when the accident)
• The copy of the invoice or estimate repair if necessary
The case will be reviewed by our customer service (serviceclient@ooloc.com) and a response will be communicated within a maximum period of 60 days following the disaster.

Explanations for insurance:
Damage or loss suffered by the hired vehicle
The rented vehicle is not insured for the following risks:
• accidental damage,
• Fire, broken windows, flood, theft or disappearance.
However, in case of occurrence of risks above, the landlord agrees to waive action against the tenant and / or authorized individual subject to the conditions and exclusions following:

Conditions:
• Driving the vehicle by the tenant (s) driver (s) whose name (s) (s) figure (s) on the lease.
• Driving the vehicle "Good man" on tracks open to the movement of motor vehicles, except in the countries mentioned in the general conditions of sale of the landlord.
• Franchise on damage accidents, fires, broken windows and flooding: the amount fixed tariff is charged to the tenant.
If subscription option CDW (reduction of excess), reduced the amount stated on the contract.

If the subscription option `TP (reduction of excess), reduced the amount stated on the contract.
In case of theft or disappearance, compulsory surrender keys and vehicle documentation to the landlord, under penalty of having to pay the price of the vehicle, unless the tenant establishes have handing the keys under duress or threat of a third party.

Exclusions:
• Damage voluntarily
• Driving with a blood alcohol above the legal standard or under the influence of drugs not medically prescribed,
• Conducted on lanes unfit for circulation (yards, walkways ...)
• Damage resulting from a misjudgment of the fixture of the vehicle rented,
• Deterioration inside the vehicle, tires and rims, broken windows,
• Errors on the type of fuel,
• Damage occurring after the date stipulated in the contract for the return of the vehicle
• Flight attendant by a tenant or an authorized driver,
• No refund will be made without third identified.

 

8 - Cancel Reservation

Cancellation is free of charge until 48 hours before taking charge of the vehicle.
For any cancellation made after 48 hours preceding the care of the vehicle, there
no refund of money paid to the reservation.
OOLOC ™ customer may cancel his reservation of right.
In the following cases, the customer OOLOC ™ will be refunded a portion of the amount of the benefit:
• Beyond 31 days before the performance: 80% of the amount of benefit paid to OOLOC ™
• From 21 to 31 days before the performance: 60% of the amount of benefit paid to OOLOC ™
• From 7 to 20 days before the performance: 40% of the amount of benefit paid to OOLOC ™
• Less than 7 days: 20% of the amount of benefit paid to OOLOC ™

The cancellation may be the result of OOLOC ™ in the case of non-payment of the provision before the date of taking over the vehicle.
Reservations can be canceled by the customer directly on the site http://www.ooloc.com.
The customer can also send its cancellation OOLOC ™, by mail, fax or E-mail stating his booking number OOLOC ™.
Any other means of contact will not be taken into account for cancellations.
Cancellations must be received before the date and time of departure of the vehicle (postmark as proof for the post) after this period no refund will be made even if subscription cancellation insurance.
No requests for refunds will be taken into account in the event of confirmation of the location prior to the date and time of departure of the vehicle.

9 - Cancellation Insurance

The customer OOLOC ™ can subscribe to an insurance cancellation.
Suffice it to say when booking to cancel the reservation without justification and additional cost, only the amount of insurance cancellation is due.
The cancellation insurance is charged 30 euros TTC.
No refunded will be taken into account in the case of non-compliance with the procedure for cancellation.

 

10 - Extension of the location

The customer must request OOLOC ™, at least 48 hours in advance, the extension of the lease accompanied by the provision to, on pain of exposure to prosecution by the landlord for diversion and abuse of vehicle trust.
The extension may be made directly on the site from your www.ooloc.com "Customer".
If the extension is accepted by the landlord, OOLOC ™ delivers another number called extension number.
In some cases, the confirmation number does not change.
The extension may be contracted directly with the landlord, the price of it will be subject to public tariffs in force applied by the landlord.
However, the owner reserves the right to refuse the extension of the lease, without compensation to the customer OOLOC ™, with a requirement for it to return the vehicle immediately.
Should any change, it is free but does not qualify for reimbursement of the difference if the customer shortens the duration or if the customer removes an option. Cancellations and changes are made by email or fax only.

 

11 - Obligation of parties

OOLOC ™

12 - Litigation

13 - Proof

15 - Jurisdiction

16 - Compensation for delay

18 - FIA-NET
